The ultimate package for Montauk homeowners who rent, let us be there for your guests (and home) when you can’t be. We handle all home preparation logistics and ensure your guests’ requests are taken care of upon their arrival and throughout their stay- make your home more attractive to prospective renters by including concierge services with their rental! Home Care Plan

Billed monthly and includes all of our home & rental support services. The perfect package for second home owners who don’t need as many concierge services, but would like assistance with having their homes prepared for their arrival and monitored while they are away. We handle all home preparation logistics and coordinate services with providers, where applicable. Third party services billed separately.

Pay As You Go

Geared towards our concierge & lifestyle services (but also applicable to home and rental services), these are a la carte offerings that are billed at an hourly rate of $65 per hour or $35 for the first half hour for simpler requests. Third party services billed separately.
